Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) defines what is and is not allowed on our network and services. It applies to all customers and any third parties using our services.

2. Prohibited Content & Activities

• Illegal activities, including fraud, money laundering and unauthorised access (hacking) of third-party systems.
• Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam), email bombs, or running open relays.
• Hosting or distributing malware, viruses, ransomware, exploit kits or phishing pages.
• Copyright or trademark infringement — hosting pirated content, warez, or unauthorised reproductions.
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — we cooperate fully with law enforcement on such reports.
• Cryptomining on shared infrastructure without explicit written approval.
• Port scanning, denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) attacks or any activity that disrupts other customers or third parties.
• Content promoting terrorism, hate speech, or violence.

3. Resource Usage

Shared hosting customers must use resources fairly and in line with their plan. Long-running processes, excessive CPU/RAM/IO usage, or hosting unrelated third-party content that degrades the server for other customers may result in suspension or an upgrade requirement.

4. Email & Messaging

• All outbound email must comply with anti-spam laws and include accurate sender information.
• Purchasing lists of harvested addresses or using our services for list-bombing is prohibited.
• We may filter traffic that exhibits spamming patterns to protect the network.

5. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and take action including: warning, content removal, service suspension or termination, and cooperation with law enforcement. We reserve the right to suspend services immediately where the activity is unlawful or poses a risk to the network.

6. Reporting Violations

To report abuse (e.g. spam, malware, phishing hosted on our network), contact our abuse team via the Contact page. Please include the offending domain/IP and evidence.
